The role involves supporting and mentoring students with challenging behaviours or social and emotional needs, either in the classroom or outside of it

Key duties include motivating students, developing strong relationships, and providing tailored interventions to help them achieve their goals

Candidates must have experience working with young people and challenging behaviour, be resilient, and possess a friendly demeanor
