Job Description
Company Overview: Pneumatech Safety Systems is a rapidly growing upstream oil and gas company. We are based in Tyler, Texas and are currently looking to add an Inventory & Procurement Specialist to our West Texas team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review purchase orders and enter for all divisions into CRM software.
- Coordinate with field operations to place orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist Operations Managers and Division Leaders to verify prices.
- Work with field personnel to review purchase orders and other paperwork from suppliers to ensufre that deliveries match orders, signed packing slip.
- Verifying invoices received by vendors are accurate and includes the correct amounts and purchase orders.
- Entering in data from invoices into QuickBooks
- Analyzing expenses to identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve processes.
- Verifying transfers are made for all parts that leave Tyler TX store.
- Create and send inventory purchasing and billing report to Operations Manager(s) and CEO at the end of each month.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Preferred experience in Accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
