This role comes under “CoreOps Service Private Limited”, Air Arabia’s newly launched Global Capability Center in Pune, India.

CoreOps Services Private Limited (a subsidiary of Air Arabia PJSC) caters to the global business operations of the Air Arabia group and provides operations support to the Air Arabia parent company as well as its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates worldwide. CoreOps focuses on centralizing, standardizing, and streamlining processes for efficient functioning of the business.

Job Purpose

Provide a high level of customer service and support to both existing and new clients and suppliers. Provide guidance and support to clients, using a variety of communication methods to enable the smooth running of day to day operations within the department.

Key Result Responsibilities

  • Develops new business relationships (Corporate), generate and negotiate new income for the Company to an agreed monthly/annual target, which increases year on year. Actively seek or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring prospects and opportunities.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following the Companys procedure.
  • Minimize contractual risks, execute contractual manual, manage providers and suppliers relationships and ensure staff adherence and compliance with adopted contractual terms and conditions.
  • Promotes Company products and services, conducts market research, collaborate with Marketing, Operation and branches on market demands and needs in each particular vicinity and thereby coordinate with Marketing Team to establish new campaigns and promotions appealing to the market.
  • Should be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build a healthy rapport with the travel trade community & business houses.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective sales operations, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Implement and enforce sales policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in travel/management/hospitality or related field.
  • Certifications in sales management or IATA or related areaCerCTop of Forms would be an advantage.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the travel industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Previous experience using travel systems (like Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre or similar) would be an advantage.
