Job Summary
As an E-commerce Manager you will oversee the sales, logistics, and marketing of our beauty and personal care products across leading online marketplaces. Your primary focus will be to increase sales, optimize operations, and enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:Cataloging:
- Manage back-end operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, TATA CLiQ, Nykaa, Ajio, Shopify, etc.
- Create and update product listings with high accuracy.
- Refresh image and content regularly to maintain listing quality.
Order Management
- Verify and monitor orders for accuracy in listings and pricing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch per partner SLAs.
- Work closely with marketplace partners to maintain seamless operations.
Inventory Management
- Update inventory levels across marketplaces manually or via automation.
- Prevent stock-outs by tracking best-sellers and analyzing sales metrics.
Daily Operations
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, accounts, customer service) for smooth operations.
- Interact with marketplace account managers to ensure operational efficiency.
Business Analysis
- Perform data analysis to derive actionable market insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners in a fast-paced digital environment.
- In-depth competitor benchmarking and market analysis
Reporting
- Provide daily sales reports (DSR) and in-depth sales analysis reports.
Warehouse Coordination
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of B2B and B2C orders within SLA and TAT agreements.
Marketing
- Utilize knowledge of Digital Marketing, including PLA, AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc., to enhance visibility.
Sales
- Drive sales targets with an understanding of e-commerce business dynamics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Jio-mart, Shopify, and other BPC marketplaces.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce trends, practices, and KPIs.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong digital marketing and advertising knowledge.
