Responsibilities & Context
- Location: Narayangonj & Savar
- Job Timing: 11 : 30 am to 9: 00 pm
- Receive phone calls, respond to clients in social media and keep track of all orders, maintain sales and client database.
- Handle customers’ query, must be capable to manage customers’ requirements, complains over phone.
- Gather product knowledge to deliver proper information to customers.
- Communication with courier service providers and maintain delivery records.
- Support to organize product record, manage vendors and suppliers with proper record keeping.
- Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Overall support the team for increasing sales.
- Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
