Resource’s typical working day: Client Facing of with employees of all levels
Business casual office
Showing up everyday ready to work
Concierge/Reception like Greeting with a smile
Registering vendors and visitors
Communicating status to supervisor on day-to-day
Walk through ensure things are stocked
Check mail and deliver or notify
Checking emails and slack channels for inquiries
Check WO system
Space inspection (rooms to be cleaned, not cluttered)
Timely reporting findings to supervisor or Landlord for any leaks, issues, etc.

Level of Education: HS diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: MS Office, Any Work Order Applications
Certifications/Licenses: NA
Top Must have Skills: Communication, organized, planning, able to work independently
Top Nice to have Skills: Finance Background (budgeting, accruals), Any project management (shows organization)
