Pay Range: $21.00-26.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and skillset with potential opportunity for bonuses
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
The Entry-Level Data Analyst must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various internal and external sources.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support the development and maintenance of data models, databases, and automated processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality checks and validation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and help translate them into data solutions.
- Learn and use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate findings.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis requests and special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
The Entry-Level Data Analyst must have the following experiences:
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or project experience involving data analysis or working with datasets.
- Experience with data cleaning and data preprocessing techniques.
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts and methodologies.
