Attero is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand.

Attero is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries.

Strategy

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategy that supports the organization’s growth and profitability objectives.
  • Collaborate with peers, and other senior leaders to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, technology solutions, and best practices to optimize logistics performance.
  • Lead the development and execution of transformation initiatives within the department.

Data Analytics

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track logistics performance across all regions.
  • Lead the maturation and centralization of the global data analytics team, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement predictive analytics models to anticipate and mitigate supply chain disruptions.

Team Leadership & Innovation

  • Provide leadership and guidance to logistics team to achieve desired results.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Operations

  • Ensures end to end smooth running of PAN India B2B/C2B operations.
  • Efficient management of FTL, PTL, Firstmile operations.
  • Responsible for all the SLA’s & TAT adherence including Value Added Services and customised solutions.
  • Achieve Own Vehicle Utilization targets at PAN India Level.

Capacity Planning

  • Inventory Management, Packaging, Storage & consolidation.
  • Handles the continuous improvement projects w., cost, service and employee productivity.

Proactive Risk Management

  • Assist the leadership team in developing communications protocols, processes, workflows & improvise same and implement, in coordination with other ground team members.

Requirements

Education: MBA.

  • 8 to 15 years hard core experience in designing and managing large and complex logistics operations involving, firstmile, Linehaul, warehousing, consolidation, fleet management, packaging.
  • Prior experience in managing ecommerce logistics operations for electronics or white goods.
  • Reverse Logistics Experience is must.
  • Should be creative in solving complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written.
  • Ability to perform in high pace work environment.
