Job Description

The ‘Client Relationship Manager’ is responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. The role involves managing client leads, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and ensuring all client leads are effectively addressed post-order placement.
  • Ensuring existing clients are satisfied through proactive after-sales service and regular feedback.
  • Overseeing client servicing from order receipt to payment collection.
  • Resolving client queries and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Providing detailed information and support about company products or services.
  • Acting as the primary contact point for client complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Understanding client needs and ensuring they are met with the best solutions.

Salary

  • Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month. plus perks
