Classification: Part-time (hourly) non-exempt

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

The Identity Access Management Analyst is responsible for issuing and troubleshooting access issues. The Analyst protects data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization of Raymond James.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diligently granting/ removing access to multiple systems within the required time frame.
  • Troubleshoot users’ access issues using available resources.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through ticketing systems.
  • Communicate technical issues and resolutions to clients, coworkers, and leadership.

Key Accountabilities

  • Diligently granting/ removing access to multiple systems within the required time frame.
  • Troubleshoot users’ access issues using available resources.
  • Handle ticket-related tasks on time to meet SLA goals.
  • Troubleshoot users’ access issues using available resources
  • Suggest new content for knowledge base.
  • Submit required reporting in a timely manner (e.g., Raymond James Timesheets)
  • Follow UMRFV guidelines and
  • Follow Raymond James service guidelines.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Currently enrolled college student
  • Customer Service Experience preferred
