What you will do:
- Track and communicate packaging artwork needs within new launches & change management, and coordinate the generation of press files with the creative agency through proof approval with suppliers.
- Work with Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Quality, and Commercialization to collect graphics inputs, and coordinate graphics reviews/approvals according to the timeline due dates.
- Communicate with co-manufacturers and suppliers on artwork requirements, press files, and proof approvals.
- Ensure finished good specifications include approved and final artwork and maintain a repository with the most recent version of approved packaging artwork.
- Support cross-functional team meetings and maintain detailed documentation via agendas and recaps.
- Collect, maintain, and communicate requirements and tracking timely completion of master data and item creation in NetSuite.
- Support project managers in the development and improvement of product commercialization processes.
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
Your experience:
- 1 year of previous experience within project management, including any relevant internships, is required
- Familiarity with project management software, knowledge of Asana and Smartsheet is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is a plus
- Experience with print production is a plus
- Understanding of CPG industry is a plus
