Your role at Clorox:
The Brand Manager is responsible for shaping business direction, supporting communications strategy, leveraging consumer insights, leading product innovation and managing business analysis and reporting. They play an integral role executing against the Studio’s business vision and equity goals.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a three-year consumer-led growth plan in conjunction with AD that helps deliver the BU’s NCS, profit, and margin targets.
- Deliver breakthrough, executable ideas the organization can rally behind, including product proposition, design, pricing strategy and financial modeling
- Collaborate with functional experts in R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, design, legal, regulatory, and more to bring winning concepts to market
- Managing S&OP business forecasts and achieving forecasting accuracy targets on MFF.
- Build a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship)
- Coaching and developing your direct team as well as the cross-functional team with a focus on the GM mindset, analytical thinking, and executing with excellence
What we look for:
Experience
- 5+ years product/ brand related management or Minimum of 2 years as an Associate Marketing Manager with Completion of Business Fundamentals BMU course or minimum 2 years in business analysis role
- Demonstrated technical understanding of marketing priorities and KPIs. Aware that Personalization/TLS, Omni planning, and MTI can impact the business

- Experience understanding key consumer insights and translates them into recommendations
Skills
- Drives Results: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding business objectives

- Business Insights & Manages Complexity:
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and shape and drive plans with level-appropriate coaching
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that drive conviction with key stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $121,900 – $240,100
–Zone B: $111,700 – $220,100
–Zone C: $101,600 – $200,100
