Position
In the role as Business Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing the strategic commercial plans and ensure the support to the regional channel partners for Fertility solutions offerings. You will map-out target accounts, define opportunities and engage with local key opinion leaders including other relevant decision-makers and stakeholders. Your focus will be BtB, alongside develop the overall communication strategy, including training. You are a keen negotiator with a strong flair of converting a scientific data into tangible business in a competitive marketplace. You use your analytical mindset, proactive behaviour, and systematic approach to create value adding solutions to ensure the overall strategic goals. You thrive in a dynamic international work environment, where collaboration and cross functional teamwork with internal and external stakeholders is essential, for the success of the role. Up to 50% Travel is to be expected in this role.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
- Drive revenue goals via channel partners in the four markets
- Drive Communications plans through data- driven analyses, market trends, customer voice etc.
- Manage marketing OPEX to optimize market development and revenue opportunities
- Develop target accounts and grow the business
- Provide input, support, and training for local affiliates
- Foster team spirit and cross functional collaboration
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
- MSc in relevant science major – business administration, marketing or similar
- + 10 years of experience from a similar role, preferable pharmaceuticals /medical device
- Strong experience in BtB both marketing and sales
- Strong analytical skills
- Business acumen and commercial mindset
- Influential communication skills
- Good networking and collaborative behaviour
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
