Job Description
The 360 Sales Executive role for the AAA region is a dynamic and consultative role which involves working directly with the Sales Director to identify, target, prospect and close new business across a designated territory. This is an outbound role which involves a 360° approach to the Firmex sales process, with a focus on growing the subscription book.
As a 360 Sales Executive, you will:
- Respond in a timely and efficient manner to all assigned leads
- Prospect for new named accounts, meetings with set KPI’s and bookings targets
- Develop original ideas and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns focused on driving demand
- Develop and Maintain an opportunity pipeline of 3-4 times your sales quota
- Develop a recurring book of business with a view to converting accounts into an annual subscription
- Conduct customer-focused sales presentations largely over web-conference calls
- Make onsite sales calls on an opportunistic basis both in Canada and the United States
- Create and deliver quotations and presentations to prospects, and quarterback responses to RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires and legal comments
- This is an energetic role, with AE’s closing 5+ new orders a month
What you’ll need to be successful as a 360 Sales Executive:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience – we are industry agnostic
- Ability to come to the Toronto office.
- Successful track record in a high-volume sales environment
- Proven ability to generate demand, build a sales pipeline and close new business
- Strong ability to ask good questions, listen and present compelling solutions
- Likes to contribute to a positive team culture
- High achievement orientation
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and demonstration skills
