Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage pre-event and tradeshow activities.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and dismantling of on-site events and tradeshows.
- Travel nationwide to participate in events.
- Assist with inside sales leads and nurturing of existing accounts.
- Drive outside sales efforts within targeted markets.
- Collaborate with independent sales representatives and the customer success team.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality capable of engaging effectively with both B2B clients and end consumers.
- Physical capability to travel and set up event booths (ability to lift over 50 lbs).
- Willingness to travel seasonally, estimated at 8-10 weekends annually during peak seasons in spring and fall.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the running or outdoor industry or in customer service roles is preferred.
