Position Overview

Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings at our West Atlanta warehouse. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain event and class calendars, ensuring accuracy and resolving any conflicting information.
  • Approve event requests, manage schedules, and liaise with Partnerships, Marketing, and management as necessary.
  • Oversee weekly event cancellations, consolidate low-attendance events, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate student account creation, rostering, and lead card entry.
  • Assign tutoring and practice test rooms at office or coworking locations.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Director to ensure all event materials are prepared and distributed.
  • Support practice test scoring and develop proficiency with digital testing platforms.
  • Lead weekly calendar review meetings with stakeholders, communicating staffing needs and ensuring adequate event coverage.
  • Manage logistical aspects with school partners, including class schedules and room assignments.
  • Monitor and address operations emails and chats, assisting the Operations Team with data entry tasks such as rostering and event creation.

Required Skills And Qualifications


  • Required: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration across teams.
  • An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A composed demeanor, capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous exposure to event management or standardized test administration.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary: Competitive range of \(45,000 – \)50,000, contingent upon experience.
