At Fi, you will :

  • Lead a team of analysts and ensure that the team is meeting its goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage new projects within the AML/KYC compliance team, including project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Conduct due diligence on customers and transactions,and identify & report suspicious activity.
  • Implement and maintain compliance procedures in accordance with AML and KYC regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of due diligence and compliance procedures.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members on AML and KYC regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and updates related to AML and KYC and implement them in the team’s – -policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex cases, and provide guidance to the team in the resolution process.
  • Prepare and present reports to the senior management on the team’s performance and compliance status.
