You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader – Front Office is responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division.

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Work experience as Lead Host or Team Leader in Front Office within luxury hotels is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in front office management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
