Job Overview
We are seeking a committed Behavioral Health Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a fully remote basis. This position involves overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle for various behavioral health roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to address staffing requirements, attract high-caliber talent, and facilitate an effective hiring process for dedicated behavioral health professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned behavioral health positions, from sourcing candidates to final placements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of job specifications, team dynamics, and the profiles of ideal candidates.
- Source, evaluate, and recruit qualified professionals for roles including LCSWs, Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media channels, and networking strategies to cultivate a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and present the most suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with precise candidate information and status.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Develop and nurture relationships with behavioral health professionals while staying informed on industry trends.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the behavioral health sector.
- Proficient in sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Familiarity with iCiMS or similar applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Capability to work autonomously, while also thriving as a collaborative team member.
- A genuine passion for assisting organizations in finding the right talent to make a significant impact in the behavioral health field.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience, with a focus on the behavioral health industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Professional certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
