Job Description
You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader – Audio Visual (AV) is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and coordination of AV equipment and services within an organization. This role involves leading a team of AV technicians, managing projects, ensuring the seamless execution of AV setups for events, and providing technical support to internal and external clients.

- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AV operations, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, equipment, and technologies.
- Good organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
