Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in developing a detailed project plan to track project progress in according to its scope, schedule, and costs.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for projects execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders.
- Prepare and submit necessary deliverables for client approval, such as product catalogues, datasheets, drawings, and schedules.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visit and attend site meetings as needed.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing the information, data, and results.
- Perform all the necessary works at site for the purpose of client acceptance.
- Prepare and compile a complete project document such as data sheet, P&ID, Process Flow chart, …etc.
- Prepare, issue, and monitor project invoices in according with project milestone.
- Scheduling field service activities and engineers for the project as needed.
- Close cooperation with Sale & field service management at Coperion Middle East.
- Close cooperation with Germany Project Management team (Headquarter)
Personal Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in (Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Instrument) Engineering
- 0~2 years of Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic
- Good technical understanding.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel locally & in Middle East if required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and willing to learn Coperion specific software.
- Proactive & willing to learn attitude
