Key Responsibilities

• Manage both voice and non-voice processes as required, contributing to data enrichment activities.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with precision and professionalism.
• Validate information from third-party sources through online databases to guarantee accuracy.
• Perform data entry tasks, authenticate vendor resources, check board certifications, and liaise with various state boards for updates on status.
• Ensure that all tasks are executed with promptness and high quality.
• Demonstrate adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities when necessary.
