Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, along with community support.
- Maintain comprehensive and timely client documentation, including treatment planning, assessments, and service notes.
- Facilitate necessary documentation for funding and billing processes, including Medicaid, MCO funding, and third-party billing.
- Identify and connect clients with appropriate resources and support.
- Engage in team meetings and supervision while participating in occasional crisis phone rotations (1-2 times annually).
- Deliver SAIOP services on an as-needed basis.
Required Skills
- Experience working with individuals or groups who have mental health or substance use disorders.
- Proficiency in dual diagnosis treatment, DSM-V models, and familiarity with the 12 Core Functions.
- Competence with electronic medical records is essential.
- Spanish language skills are an advantage, although not mandatory.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in a Human Services field is required.
- Candidates must be fully or provisionally licensed for clinical practice (e.g., LCSW, LCAS, LMFT, LPC), with a preference for fully licensed LCSWs.
