In the capacity of a Partner Success and Billing Coordinator, you will be pivotal in nurturing relationships with Texas Education Service Centers (ESCs), managing billing processes, and supporting contractual obligations and invoicing tasks. You will serve as a key liaison, facilitating seamless communication among ESCs, sales professionals, and account managers, while ensuring precise financial record-keeping and a hassle-free experience for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Center Billing and License Management: Guarantee accurate billing while overseeing license renewals and terminations for Education Service Centers (ESCs).
- Bi-Annual Reconciliation and Invoicing: Spearhead bi-annual reconciliations, reporting, and invoicing related to ESC partner sales and fees, collaborating closely with the finance department to address discrepancies and enhance processes.
- Contract and MOU Support: Provide assistance in reviewing, updating, and maintaining ESC contracts and MOUs, ensuring compliance and currency of all documentation.
- Sales and Account Management Support: Aid in sustaining robust relationships with ESC partners during renewals and onboarding processes.
- Problem Solving and Decision-Making: Employ your initiative to effectively resolve service and billing concerns, presenting tailored solutions.
- Communication Hub: Act as the central point of contact for communications with regional service centers, ensuring smooth information exchange.
- Training and Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding of new ESC personnel by delivering training on billing and license management practices.
- Accounts Receivable Backup: Offer support to the accounts receivable team with license management and renewal processing as needed.
- Data Management and Reporting: Utilize Google Suite and Excel for managing data entry, generating reports, and analyzing data for accuracy.
- Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to various projects and responsibilities as assigned to bolster team success.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in billing and/or accounts receivable.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel for effective data management and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
Qualifications
- A background in sales or account management is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and knowledge of service center operations.
- Awareness of EdTech software or products is a plus.
