Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive clinical services including group, family, and individual therapy.
- Conduct community support initiatives and clinical evaluations tailored for mental health and substance use challenges.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment plans, and psychosocial assessments.
- Complete timely documentation for authorizations, ensuring compliance with Medicaid and third-party billing requirements.
- Engage in clinical supervision, contribute to team meetings, and assist clients in resource identification and supportive services.
- Provide SAIOP services and participate in crisis phone rotation as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven clinical experience working with diverse populations facing mental health and/or substance use issues.
- Familiarity with dual diagnoses and substance dependence/abuse treatment methodologies.
- Competency in the DSM-V model and the 12 Core Functions.
- Proficient in electronic medical records management.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous but not required.
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in a Human Services field is a prerequisite.
- Full or provisional licensure (LCSW, LCAS, LMFT, LPC) is required, with full LCSW preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, with a starting hourly wage ranging from \(22.59 to \)25.00, dependent on experience and licensure. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
