Target Range:
$130,000.00/Yr. – $160,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 17.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 17.5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
The Sr. Treasury Management Sales Officer (TMSO) is responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury management solutions to commercial prospects and clients. The TMSO contributes to the bank’s deposit and fee income goals. The TMSO will manage a portfolio of clients and prospects within the Axos Commercial Banking treasury management team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the treasury management sales process from initial consultation and sale through post-implementation follow-up to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
- Partner with Deposit Relationship Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Managers in the development and direct sale of depository and treasury management products and services to large and complex clients and prospects
- Evaluate cash-flow, working capital and operational needs of clients and prospects to provide consultative recommendations on improving their business process using Axos Bank’s suite of Treasury Management, Foreign Exchange and Merchant Services product sets
- Analyze prospects’ banking activity and prepare comprehensive pricing proposals
- Prepare and perform ongoing/periodic relationship reviews.
- Collaborate with management to develop a marketing strategy, establish sales objectives, and deploy new services and enhancements while focusing on the needs of top-tier clients
- Actively track and maintain all sales pipeline opportunities and activities within Salesforce
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years’ treasury management
Preferred
- CTP
