Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and enhancement of paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring exceptional outcomes for lead generation and e-commerce clients.
- Independently manage client accounts, guaranteeing that all campaigns achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and align with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive superior results.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to maximize the effectiveness of ads and assets, utilizing your insights on the interplay between creativity and performance.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development while overseeing their account management and offering constructive feedback.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in paid media, applying innovative approaches to enhance campaign performance and conducting A/B tests to pursue positive outcomes.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience of at least 6 years in the management of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), with a solid grasp of performance-driving strategies.
- Proven leadership abilities with at least 18 months of experience in mentoring and guiding direct reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-sufficient approach.
- Creative insight into the influence of creativity on media performance, capable of transforming insights into actionable strategies.
- Adaptability to effectively navigate changing circumstances and rapidly adjust strategies to meet dynamic client needs.
- A collaborative spirit, with a passion for leading and providing constructive feedback to teammates.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns is required.
- Hands-on experience managing significant budgets ranging from \(200,000 to \)1,000,000 monthly is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and experience with tackling technical issues is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Merchant Center, and feed management platforms is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint will be advantageous.
