Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of spending trends, providing comprehensive variance insights for material and labor costs.
- Oversee forecasting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with the organization’s objectives.
- Protect organizational assets while upholding financial integrity across all operations.
- Identify and execute cost-reduction strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proficient in MRP and Peachtree software.
- Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in spend and variance analysis.
- Ability to create and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on financial data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Demonstrated experience as a Controller within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
- CPA designation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with the ability to interpret complex financial data and offer strategic recommendations.
- International experience in Asia and Europe is advantageous.
