We are seeking a Weigher and Weighing Shopper to join our Compounding Team in an environment with strong commitment to internal and external customer service.

  • Weigher: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
  • Weighing Shopper: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm

Our Weighers are responsible for weighing and measuring the raw materials required for our Batchers and Research & Development department. The basic responsibilities of the position include: weighing out raw materials; inventory paperwork; and material handling in compliance with specific inventory control procedures.

The Weighing Shopper would be responsible for printing and physically picking all raw materials for batchers and weighers. The basic responsibilities of the position include: fork lift certification, inventory and paperwork and material handling in compliance with specific inventory control procedures. The Weigher Shopper would need to be flexible to fill in for a Weigher role. The

Essential Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic chemistry or food science.
  • Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs frequently, and up to 75lbs occasionally
  • Able to work around hot pour perfumes and fragrances on a daily basis
  • Have normal hearing and vision with the ability to discern colors
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing environment is a plus
