Operations Manager – Accounting

Job Description

  • Responsible for creating necessary standard and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements
  • Ensure proper reporting and communication management mechanism
  • Resolve any escalated issues, Manage and guide team of Analysts
  • Supervises a offshore team of FP&A analysts and ensures robust workforce management (knowledge management, competencies, coaching).
  • Initiates and leads analysis and process improvement/harmonization projects and ensures effectiveness and efficiency of the processes
  • Build an internal network with Business and the E2E community
  • Assures integrity of data at all times in a complicated data landscape
  • Owns Continuous Improvement of the system enablement of planning processes
  • Provides in-depth business insights by forward-looking analyses, and by translating variances in financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Adhere to local regulatory compliances & statutory regulations
  • Monitor the financial position of the Business/Function/Industry operations or Innovation
  • Actively support strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.)
  • Integrate the local reporting/ analytical requirements with the overall company’s data/ reporting governance
  • Drive the enhancement of the service delivery catalogue by aligning/ standardizing local requirements
  • Participates in cross COE governance and drive projects within the respective areas
  • Manage and support minor business-centric data quality enhancements ” “
  • MBA (Finance) / Certified Accountant with experience in managing end to end FP&A
  • Hands-on experience in FP&A along with financial analysis and providing decision support
  • Working Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Alteryx, Power BI etc.
  • 6-9 years relevant experience “
