The Sr Manager, Global Manufacturing Excellence will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing global manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to the ‘one best way’ methodology. The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams, implement best practice and lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve consistent operational excellence. The role will lead the development of procedures and training materials to define the best in class one best way system of operating Krispy Kreme. The role will support the development of sharing and identifying innovative ways of simplifying the business to deliver quality and productivity.

Here’s a Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with business partner teams and senior leaders to ensure consistency and standardization in global manufacturing processes.
  • Lead initiatives in manufacturing while exploring and implementing new technologies, automation, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased operational efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of optimization initiatives.
  • Use delivery techniques that bring one best way to life in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Collaborate with Krispy Kreme country leads in manufacturing and training to identify best procedures and training content, ensuring it is consistently the most relevant and up to date.

Your Recipe for Success

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Experience of dealing with roles at all levels of the business
  • Strong background in innovation, process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
  • An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross functional teams
  • A track record of delivering strategic change
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing technologies and automation.
