Job Description
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will assist the CFO in developing processes and methods for HHS sections to procure necessary supplies and services. You will coordinate with HHS sections, staff, and external entities to ensure smooth operations. You will coordinate and prioritize daily activities, conduct monthly spending reviews, and identify training/development needs to create and facilitate appropriate training programs, including onboarding and offboarding programs. Additionally, you will organize and conduct regular evaluations of internal processes for Resource Management, identifying trends, efficiencies, and vulnerabilities, and providing measurable feedback to the CFO and HHS leadership team to drive continuous improvement.

To be considered for the Supply Chain Manager position, you must have the following:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years or more of related experience in supply chain management or a similar role with a proven track record in logistics, procurement and inventory management
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally, multi-level and externally
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence action
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively address and resolve challenges

Location: This position may work from home within North Dakota or bordering cities. Candidates outside of North Dakota must be willing to relocate to the state.
