WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Product Assistant at our Stockholm headquarters your main contribution will be to contribute to the timely and efficient development process from initial design to pre-production fittings for designated product categories, while supporting the product development team and ensuring seamless collaboration with design teams, suppliers, and cross-functional partner. You will report to Senior Product Manager. You will play a vital role in this by:

  • Assist in the development across all collections and projects within the allocated delivery window in close collaboration with design team
  • Support with sourcing, developing and buying of material if applicable for product category
  • Provide comments to suppliers on the various proto development stages, SMS and pre-production samples
  • Communicate on day-to-day operations with suppliers
  • Enter and maintain correct information on BOM and product level in internal system PLM
  • Maintain balanced communication and a good working process with cross functional partners in order to meet all product requirements

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • Academic degree, from business school and/or textile education
  • Minimum of 6-months experience within RTW development, production or quality department preferable from high-end fashion brands
  • Good understanding of technical manufacturing
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience in PLM is meriting
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
