What You’ll Do

At Ryse Health, our patients have complex needs that span many health organizations. As a Clinical Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our patients to better health by serving as the primary clinical contact point with outside provider practices, health insurance plans, pharmaceutical discount programs, and more. You’ll be responsible for multiple facets of ensuring a smooth patient experience, including:

  • Submitting records requests for new and existing patients
  • Reviewing records and updated chart as appropriate
  • Communicating and collaborating with patients care team
  • Prior authorization submissions
  • Assisting patients with filing medications and medication coverage
  • Patient assistance application submissions

About You

  • Clinical experience preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing processes
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities, and keeping track of the little details
  • Passion for the impact of your work on the broader world, and excitement to help reduce the burden of chronic disease
