The Opportunity
The Community Team partners and work closely with Global Marketing on marketing strategy, performance and creative marketing programs across the funnel for both the business and student segment. Our team is reponsibile for the Acrobat Community which focuses on Ambassadors, Virtual and External Events, as well as our online Community forums.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Community Team across the Ambassador Program, Online Communities, Virtual Events, and Feedback Sessions with customers and/or ambassadors
- Research and analyze data related to external Communities to help inform and refine our current strategies
- Create a Community Playbook to document successful strategies, including step-by-step processes/instructions across the ambassadors programs, online community, events, as well as feedback sessions conducted for both product and marketing
- Collaborate with others on the Community team, as well as In Bound and Outbound Product Marketing, PMM Engagement, Product Managers, Social and GTM.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Currently enrolled in a full-time program and graduating between December 2025 – June 2026
- Background in Marketing and/or Communications
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and plans
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create and deliver presentations
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 — $30.00 hourly.
