Senior Commercial Finance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager who will be providing financial management and oversight for the Aspris Care Division This is a key role supporting the business, in which you will provide financial expertise and support, driving financial performance of one of the largest specialist social care providers for young people in the UK.

Reporting into the Director of FP&A , you will work closely with the Divisional COO, Area Directors and other departmental leads.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Be the primary finance business partner for senior operational colleagues, supporting the delivery of divisional targets and driving performance
  • Provide commercial support in tendering for new business opportunities and contract renewals, including discussions with appropriate funders
  • Take a leading role in the annual fee uplift process, negotiating and agreeing positive outcomes with external parties to ensure to long-term financial viability of individual placement agreements
  • Champion the correct implementation of financial controls and procedures to support in mitigating financial risk. Assist the business with process non-compliance
  • Contribute to the development of Group policies, procedures, processes and initiatives

The ideal person will be qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA ) and have experience working in a fast-paced multi site organisation.
