We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.
Your role an Project Manager will involve
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, its progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders by preparing and delivering regular project status reports.
- Develop event schedules, manage budgets, and oversee the execution of events to ensure they meet organizational standards and objectives.
- Support the execution of key employee journey moments like onboarding and exit interviews while identifying changes and improvement needs to enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with the IT Department to facilitate the adoption of new systems and technologies that streamline internal Talent Management processes.
- Strategically manage and lead institutional-level projects related to institutional competencies, leveraging communication and cultural initiatives to drive organizational growth.
- Support the integration of organizational competencies within recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes by working with the different Associate Directors of the team.
- Lead and implement the Talent Management communication plan, encompassing diverse formats, calendars, and targeted strategies to enhance internal stakeholder engagement.
To thrive in this role, you should have
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent management or related fields.
- Academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent disciplines. Master´s Degree from a top University will be valued.
- Experience in communication plans will be valued.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
