We are seeking a creative, passionate, and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Zivian Health. In this role, you will focus on innovative learning solutions that excite the user. This role bridges instructional design principles with product management, ensuring high-quality educational experiences. You will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our marketplace products and our upcoming forays into provider empowerment.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to design the learning experience for our customers. While your main focus is the design and development of our learning journey, you will work closely with Product to ensure alignment to our overall product roadmap for Zivian Health.

• Learning Design/IO: Develop engaging and interactive learning experiences using evidence-based instructional design methodologies driven by identifying learning objectives and performance outcomes. Our design will be for all learning needs and blended, online, or instructor-led learning programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineering, design, legal, analytics, and other product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving our short-term and long-term goals.
• Align Features: Ensure that all product features meet the needs of both of our customers and healthcare providers, balancing usability with functionality.
• Prioritize Development: Influence prioritization of new features based on user needs, business potential, and technical feasibility, keeping user experience at the forefront.
• Measure Impact: Establish and track metrics that gauge product success and their impact on Zivian Health’s objectives.
• Foster Innovation: Maintain a healthy balance between innovation and providing ongoing support, stratification and maintenance for existing products.
• Conduct Research: Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including product analysis and market insights, to inform impactful product strategies.

Who You Are

• Learning Design/IO: You’re passionate about Instructional design and adult learning theory. You bring a background in User-centered design (UCD) principles for learning products.
• Experienced Product Background: You have significant experience in building and launching consumer-facing software products, with a deep understanding of both marketplace dynamics and educational product development.
• Action Bias: You are happiest when you are pushing large initiatives forward, solving huge multi-faceted problems, or making as much impact with your time as possible.
• Data-Driven Decision Maker: You are skilled in making informed decisions based on A/B testing, user research, data analysis, and market trends.
• Passionate About Healthcare: You are excited about the opportunity to drive innovation in healthcare and education, helping professionals and ultimately, patients improve their health and wellness.
• Effective Communicator: You are a compelling storyteller, able to convey ideas succinctly and inspiringly to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Bonuses: You have demonstrated experience in management of learning products/LMS. You have experience with some of the products that we rely on: GitHub, Hubspot, Chargebee, and Stripe.
