Position Overview

Serving as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada offers a dynamic opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced retail setting. Primary Duties

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders from various temperature zones to guarantee timely order fulfillment.

• Optimize packing space in totes ensuring product safety and quality during handling and delivery.
• Balance picking responsibilities with courteous customer and team interactions to assist and resolve issues when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety by adhering to food hygiene guidelines, promptly cleaning spills, and operating equipment safely with compliance to safety checks.
• Adapt to varied shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays to maintain continuous high-quality service.

Challenges of the Role

• Manage high volume, fast-paced workloads effectively, especially during overnight shifts, by remaining energized and focused.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs, and repetitive stocking and organizing tasks maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation
