Service Driver

About the Role

Join the team as a Service Driver at our Woodford branch, covering Woodford, Chelmsford, and nearby areas. This position does not require previous experience as comprehensive training is provided. If you enjoy driving, managing your own schedule, and delivering excellent customer service, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting base salary of £29,200 per year
• On-target earnings (OTE) approximately £31,500 annually including bonus and commission
• Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, and access to RI Rewards
• Possible relocation assistance up to £5,000 for candidates moving over two hours away
• Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week currently, with potential for up to 48 hours and higher pay
• Comprehensive industry-leading training provided

Key Responsibilities

• Visit various customer sites to service washroom hygiene products such as feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats
• Load and unload these products, requiring physical fitness
• Ensure vehicle safety and practice responsible driving adhering to company driving guidelines
• Maintain professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving licence held for over two years with no more than six penalty points
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility in working hours to meet business demands
• Proactive with a positive attitude and pride in work quality
• Ability to use initiative independently
• Potential requirement to clear a DBS check depending on specific role assignment
