Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you serve as the primary contact for inbound leads, responsible for swift response, qualifying prospects, and routing them accurately to the sales or partnership teams. This pivotal position offers exposure across marketing, sales, and our platform, making it an excellent entry into our commercial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads, responding promptly according to established SLAs.
- Qualify potential customers through calls, chat apps, and contact forms.
- Identify customer needs and classify prospects by segment and industry vertical for proper lead routing.
- Schedule quality meetings for Account Executives targeting Tier 1 and Mid-Market clients.
- Keep lead, account, and activity records updated accurately in Salesforce.
- Use approved tools to verify and enhance lead and account information.
- Serve as a quality assurance checkpoint to confirm leads are primed for sales engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance lead quality and boost conversion rates.
- Stay informed about Infobip’s products, solutions, and business scenarios.
Measures of Success
- Adherence to speed-to-lead SLA standards consistently.
- Strong conversion rates from marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to sales accepted leads (SALs).
- Handover of high-quality leads well received by Account Executives.
- Achievement of quarterly goals for meetings set and attended.
- Substantial contribution to pipeline development, revenue generation, and gross profit via qualified opportunities.

- Effective communication capabilities and confidence when engaging customers.
- Comfortable working in target-driven, SLA-bound, and process-oriented environments.
- Organized, attentive to detail, and data-focused.
- Eager to learn continuously, receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
