About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will help create an excellent in-store experience for customers while delivering high-quality selling support. The role is important in improving store revenue and ensuring customers receive helpful, timely service.

Customer Experience

• Welcome every walk-in customer warmly and direct them to the clinic for the complimentary eye check-up.
• Support day-to-day store activities, including stock checks and keeping the sales floor presentable.
• Use the POS system with basic confidence so transactions are completed accurately and smoothly.
• Stay focused on customer satisfaction and make every effort to address and resolve customer concerns.

Product Guidance and Recommendation

• Use input from the optometrist and the customer to suggest the most suitable products.
• Look for unmet customer needs by asking relevant questions and timing your product pitch appropriately.
• Use conversations effectively to help convert customer interest into sales.

Sales Targets and Process Compliance

• Work toward the assigned targets for sales, eye-test conversion, and returns.
• Follow all prescribed SOPs and store processes carefully.
• After a sale, coordinate with customers for product pickup once the warehouse shares the required communication.
• Check that the fitted lenses are correct before handing the product over.
• When returns happen, identify the cause and try to resolve issues to reduce the return rate.

Store Upkeep and Security

Maintain Lenskart’s hygiene and presentation standards across displays, frames, instruments, and other equipment by cleaning and caring for them regularly.

Safeguard all store equipment and ensure stock is not short or damaged.

Training and Onboarding

Selected candidates will be required to complete an offline training program at a designated Lenskart Academy as part of onboarding.
