Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance specialized maintenance programs to maximize asset reliability and service life.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving safety, environmental standards, and reliability across the facility.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot issues, and eliminate defects to avoid recurrence.
• Support the implementation of predictive and condition-based maintenance approaches.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of zero harm.
• Provide practical technical support, guide trades teams, and collaborate across departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a qualified Electrician or Mechanical Fitter, including at least 2 years in reliability or the Food/FMCG sector.
• Proficiency with structured problem-solving methodologies like 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and FMEA.
• Experience in maintaining and advancing specialized maintenance strategies.
• Expertise in supporting condition-based and predictive maintenance methods.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft Office suite, and SAP software.
