Overview

This role is focused on helping business owners better understand their current payment setup and identifying practical ways to improve it. As a Relationship Coordinator, you’ll have real conversations, uncover how payments are being handled today, and point businesses toward the next logical steps when change would be useful.

The position is entry-level, conversation-led, and intentionally non-scripted. The emphasis is on clarity, thoughtful questions, and dependable follow-through rather than pressure selling. Full training is provided, and prior merchant services experience is not required.

Pay is tied to performance, so earnings reflect the results you deliver.

Responsibilities

Speak with business owners about how they currently process payments.
Understand their approach to transactions, invoicing, and customer payments.
Use targeted questions to uncover needs, pain points, and gaps.
Describe payment solutions in simple, easy-to-understand language.
Stay on top of follow-ups and help move each conversation to the next step.
Keep conversation notes and progress updated in internal systems.
Coordinate closely with the rest of the team to maintain momentum.
