Shift Details and Compensation

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM earning $20/hour
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM earning $21/hour
• Shifts may include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays, with workdays potentially ranging from 10 to 12 hours.

Key Duties

• Precisely examine and count all products in incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify the amount, quality, labeling, and addressing of outbound orders for accuracy.
• Report any shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments to relevant team members.
• Inspect orders prepared by selectors to ensure they meet accuracy standards.
• Cross-check orders against customer specifications to confirm shipment completeness and correctness.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in a comparable quality control role.
• Possession of a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Capability to work alternate hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift or pull up to 50 pounds without restriction and to stand or walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
