Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire campaign process from initial booking to live execution across the omnichannel retail media network.
  • Ensure commercial accuracy by verifying sales bookings and monitoring inventory to maintain up-to-date systems reflecting real-time data.
  • Coordinate production activities by tracking creative assets and briefing internal and external teams to guarantee precise campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise, Marketing, and Store Operations teams to align supplier campaigns with broader retail objectives.
  • Maintain strong client and agency relationships by communicating clearly, managing deadlines, and delivering high-standard service.
  • Continuously improve processes by auditing workflows and identifying efficiencies to keep pace with the fast-evolving retail media sector.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent organizational skills with a methodical, process-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively under pressure while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude to navigate complex challenges and devise creative solutions benefiting clients and teams.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships, influencing stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in FMCG operations or advertising environments is advantageous to accelerate onboarding and impact.
