MIS Executive

About the Role

Crystal Works is seeking a meticulous and analytical MIS Executive based in Sainik Farms, Near Saket, New Delhi. This role entails maintaining precise business data and generating insightful reports to bolster decision-making processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Generate MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and update comprehensive business databases covering areas such as sales, operations, attendance, productivity, and recruitment metrics.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and data inconsistencies promptly.
• Design and maintain advanced Google Sheets featuring interactive dashboards utilizing formulas, pivot tables, charts, filters, and data validation techniques.
• Create and sustain real-time management dashboards incorporating complex functions like QUERY, FILTER, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, IF/IFS, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.
• Aggregate and consolidate data from varied Google Sheets and external sources for unified reporting.
• Develop and oversee Performance Management System (PMS) trackers, defining employee KPIs and KRAs in collaboration with management.
• Produce employee performance reports, scorecards, and monthly summaries highlighting key performances, gaps, and pending activities.
• Leverage AI technologies such as ChatGPT for enhanced reporting, data analysis, and automation of repetitive MIS processes.
• Create automated workflows with tools like Google Apps Script and AI platforms to streamline dashboard updates, alerts, data cleaning, and report generation.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and generate actionable insights supporting management decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel, including advanced functions and dashboard creation.
• A solid grasp of MIS reporting frameworks and techniques.
• Good understanding of Performance Management System concepts, KPI, and KRA tracking.
• Experience with Google Workspace applications.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Google Apps Script is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation relevant to reporting functions.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple reports under strict deadlines.
• Preferred educational background includes graduation in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Computer Applications, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• 2 to 8 years of professional experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or operational reporting roles.
