Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Material Handler based in Warwick (CV34 6TE) to join our team on a part-time basis. Working 37 hours weekly from 06:30 to 16:00, Monday to Thursday, this position plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials to production lines while maintaining accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and precise delivery of materials to production lines.
- Inventory management and maintenance of accurate stock records.
- Receiving, storing, and distributing parts and materials efficiently.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to support operations.
- Upholding high health and safety standards consistently.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Addressing and resolving daily material handling challenges.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in material handling, parts distribution, or line storage roles.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Self-driven with the capacity to adhere to deadlines.
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting and moving across work areas.
