What you will do

• Help maintain day-to-day trading operations, including booking trades and matching records.
• Work with operations and other support teams on desk-related tasks and wider projects.
• Support the execution of exchange-traded and OTC transactions.
• Partner with traders on research, market analysis, and the generation of trading ideas.
• Assist in preparing internal market updates and analytical reports.
• Review opportunities in new products and trading strategies.

Candidate profile

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree is expected.
• Prior professional experience is required.
• Strong ability in numerical work, analysis, and problem-solving is important.
• You should have a clear interest in financial markets and trading.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, adaptable, and takes ownership seriously.
• You need to be comfortable in a fast-moving, performance-led environment.
• Exposure to Python, R, C++, or similar programming/data tools is a plus, though not mandatory.
