Role Summary
This opportunity is suited to a recent graduate or an early-stage professional who wants to build a career around enterprise applications, business workflows, and IT support. As a Junior ERP Support Analyst, you will help maintain and support ERP systems, resolve end-user issues, and contribute to improving processes across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will partner with functional teams and senior ERP specialists while gaining practical exposure to enterprise software and day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for ERP users by handling functional and technical support requests.
- Help manage user access, permissions, and system setup tasks.
- Track ERP performance and route more complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Assist with data uploads, downloads, checks, and routine system upkeep.
- Support testing for system updates, patches, and new features.
- Prepare and update user documentation, training guides, and technical reference material.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and support ERP process improvements.
- Produce reports and assist with business data analysis.
- Contribute to ERP rollout and enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain data quality, security, and compliance with internal policies.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Commerce, or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Good verbal and written communication along with a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Interest in learning enterprise software and business systems.
Preferred Profile
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Infor.
- Awareness of finance, procurement, inventory, or human resources processes.
- Some experience with SQL, Power BI, or reporting tools.
- Internship, placement, or academic project experience involving ERP platforms or business applications.
- ERP certification or relevant coursework would be an advantage.
